It was
a simple task to rivet on the attachment plate that holds the
front of the vertical stabiliser.
I had
already drilled the holes to 3/16ths on the rear spar but I
noticed on the plans that call out was for the 7A and the bolts
needed to be #4 so had to be drilled out to slightly undersized
1/4" holes, well reamed really. Several passes with
increasing size drills and the a final pass through with an
undersize reamer got the job done

Next
job was drilling the elevator stop to the fuselage and rear spar
of the stabiliser. Placing this for hole distance is
critical and don't forget the little washer on the port side
between the spar and bracket to allow for the stabiliser offset.
